All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges related to the size and weight of your order, and your location. Charges cover shipping costs, insurance, and packaging, and shall be included in the invoice total.
Special Handling including rush orders and special shipping instructions: We will do everything practical and reasonable to meet your needs. The cost of Special Handling will be added to the invoice total.
Sales Tax will be added to all California shipments unless a copy of resale number is provided us. Please allow 30 days for delivery. Special orders may take longer. An item that is not in stock will be back ordered and you will be notified. Returns: Items may be returned within 10 days by notifying us with reason for return, and shipping/insurance is prepaid by purchaser. Do not send C.O.D. If the item is in good condition we will refund or credit you with the full amount of purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
